Fill in this basic form, and we will send you the forms needed to register your special ones. Info will vary between species, so fill in what is relevant.
We will then create your Profile, with the safety and security codes to enter, and supply a digital Card with QR code and Pin that you can easily scan and enter your area with for easy access to all the data.
If you have changes to be made, just contact us.
We will then also give you special access to your Profile to change and add info in dedicated areas, as well as upload all the documentation like vet bills, a photo of their vet cards, etc.
Pricing:
To open a Profile and for the First Companion, there is a registration fee of R300. Thereafter, this will be a R150 fee yearly.
Per Companion, there is an added fee of R50, also yearly. This includes the digital cards per Profile. Payments are only done when you have made contact, and we answer your queries by Email or Whatsapp. We believe in personal relationships, and while AI has its percs, nothing replaces a human who really cares, esp if you are stressed.
Extra Info:
- Identification of Pets Companions): Please note that every one will have their own space with all the relevant detail, which includes microchip nrs, if any, and one or more photos showing identifying marks, etc, as well. You can at any time fall back on this as means of identification. When getting their info ready, please ensure to have photos. It can be cellphone photos, if must just show identification marks clearly.
- Remember that ONLY YOU or the person that has your card can access your info. While anyone can scan a QR Code, there is a pin number on the back of the card. giving entry to data. For you to access, add and change data, we have a different secure system.
- Please fill in the forms, and mail that with 3 photos of your companion, one from front, one from left and one from right, as well as any other photos that may show markings clearly, with their name and all other relevant data and paperwork, to our EMAIL
